When you submit a work or apply for the Access Program, we collect the information provided in the form: name, email, country, links, prompt text, work description, and Access Program motivation where applicable.
Why we collect it
We collect this data to run the Award, review submissions, contact shortlisted participants, process Access Program applications, prevent spam, and administer the website.
Where the data is stored
For the MVP, submission and application data is stored in the WordPress database and may also be sent by email to the Organizer through the website's mail system.
Who has access
Access may be granted to the Organizer and technical support. Selected submission data may be shared with jury members, sponsors, media, or partners where needed under the Official Rules.
How long we store it
Submission and application data may be stored for the duration of the relevant season and for administrative archiving afterwards.
How users can request deletion
You can request deletion of personal data by contacting hello@aimakersawards.com. Some materials may remain where deletion is not required or technically practical under the Official Rules.
